Our Story is also Maxime's

As part of our 25 years of activities, we are going on an adventure and following some of the members of our Raglan family during their time "off." These visits are an opportunity to discover a new side of our colleagues and to introduce you to these people without whom our story would be impossible to tell.

Maxime began his career as a cook at Raglan Mine by chance. At the time, he was working in a restaurant in Quebec City. When one of his colleagues was offered a position at the mine, but eventually declined, he seized the opportunity and got the job. Eight years later, he's still at Raglan Mine, happy as ever. For our part, we're honored to have such an inspiring individual - and athlete - in our ranks, who relies on sport to ensure his or her well-being.

If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be? Pasta, in salads, tomato sauces, au gratin, soups and so on. I LOVE it!

What’s your spirit animal and why?
The isard, a mountain goat-like mammal of the bovidae family that does nothing but run! Ah ah ah!

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
Turning bad coffee into exceptional coffee!

What three things would you take to a desert island?
A mountain, my girlfriend, and an espresso machine.

What’s your guilty pleasure? Foie gras. Wherever it's available, I eat it.

I love Cheese Whiz
