Community Partnership Program
Our Community Partnership Program (CPP) provides funding every year to projects that have a positive impact on the community. It is in-keeping with our long-standing tradition of supporting Montreal-Est organizations and furthers our aim to be an active and valued participant in the community, making effective and positive contributions.
Support for community initiatives
We draw on our knowledge of our local community to identify areas that deserve our priority support:
- Education
- Health
- Culture and the arts
- Economy and job creation
- Social and community development
- Environment and sustainable development
Because we really want to contribute to the socioeconomic development of our community, the projects we support must deliver measurable benefits to the community as a whole. Our aim is to do more than just provide funding to organizations—we back specific initiatives or projects.
Requesting support
All requests for support are evaluated by a committee of CCR Refinery employees. In some cases, CCR Refinery may solicit additional information so we can better assess funding requests.
CCR Refinery is committed to thoroughly reviewing every request but, given the volume of worthwhile projects presented, cannot commit to backing each one or to justifying our decisions.
Reporting and evaluation (partner obligations)
CCR Refinery will work in close cooperation with organizations whose projects are chosen to develop an appropriate reporting and evaluation schedule. This will ensure that targets are met and that our partners are achieving the agreed-on objectives.
Submitting a request
Partners who wish to receive financial support under our Community Partnership Program are asked to download and complete the form on this page and provide complete information to evaluate their project. There are two calls for projects per year. Here are the dates to remember for 2023:
First project call:
- Opening on January 27, 2023
- Deadline to submit your project: February 24, 2023
Second call for projects:
- Opening on July 28, 2023
- Deadline to submit your project: August 25, 2023
