CCR is aware of the regulatory pressures and growing societal demands for a low-emission economy to address global climate change. It is working to integrate this approach into its existing resource management programs at its facilities.

It complies with applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements related to environmental management. Where these are less stringent than its own standards, the company seeks to exceed regulatory requirements wherever possible.
