Raglan Mine was recently honoured by several prestigious organizations in the mining and engineering industries for the quality of its projects, its commitment to communities, and its excellence in health and safety.
At the latest awards ceremonies, Raglan Mine stood out by receiving five major distinctions:
2024 Distinction Award — Communication-Marketing Category (Québec Mining Association)
For the Anuri mine inauguration project.
2024 Distinction Award — Community Relations Category (Québec Mining Association)
For the mine closure plan subcommittee project.
F.J. O’Connell Trophy 2024 — Underground Operations with over 400,000 hours (Québec Mining Association)
Awarded to Raglan Mine for the 16th time in 27 years, recognizing outstanding performance in occupational health and safety.
Honoris Genius Award – Engineering Project (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec)
Recognizing excellence in the engineering of the Anuri mine project.
Regional John T. Ryan Trophy 2024 (Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum)
Awarded for best health and safety performance in the Mines and Metals – Québec-Maritime category. This marks the ninth time Mine Raglan has received this prestigious award.
