Raglan Mine Supervisors Honoured by the Quebec Mining Association

Author: Raglan | Date: 21/10/2020

In 2020, 25 Raglan Mine supervisors will be honoured for reaching an important milestone: the accumulation of at least 50,000 hours of supervision without a lost-time accident within their team!

Special mention to Molly McKinnon and to Maxime Thériault, Kitchen Supervisors, who respectively reached 250,000 and 350,000 hours without an accident as of 2020.

The supervisor has a front-line role: ensuring that his or her team stays safe, while meeting production targets.

Let's keep in mind that the promotion of the reporting culture is central. It guarantees a perpetual improvement of our practices, which allow us to stand out in prevention, as we do today.

We would like to congratulate these prevention leaders who, on a daily basis, put in priority their own and their colleague's health and safety. This dedication to prevention contributes to the stability of the company and makes it more efficient.
