Mental Wellbeing During COVID-19

We’re working with our medical advisers to help our people navigate this uncertain time.
Many of us are facing new challenges associated with COVID-19, such as extended periods at home due to lockdown measures, separation from friends and loved ones, changes of routine or increased childcare responsibilities.
Continuing to look after our mental health and wellbeing at this time is important. While the situation remains uncertain, we can work to ensure we practice good habits to maintain a healthy mind set and help us stay resilient.
We want to share a video we’ve developed for our employees, which gives guidance and tips on how to do this, in case others in the broader community can benefit.
